  • I was excited to stop by the Rainbow location but that excitement quickly dissipated. I walked in and the employees ignored me. I had to finally interrupt an employee from his leisurely chat with his coworker. I asked if there were any high chairs and he said "no" and dismissed me right away. I asked if they'd be getting any and again I got a "no". So I had to take my baby back to my car and go through the drive thru where I couldn't get the drink I wanted bc the espresso machine wasn't working. I understand working out the kinks during a soft opening but the lack of high chairs is ridiculous and makes families feel very unwelcome. I took my business to Holley's Cuppa.
