| - Well good morning 'check engine' light; what unpleasant news do you bring?
When it comes to auto repair facilities, I've learned that one should wait at least a few weeks before writing a glowing review to ensure the problem has indeed been fixed. I've had what I initially thought were great experiences from several places, only to see the problem resurface a few days later.
Thus, it is with great confidence that I speak on SCT. Today marks my third visit within the past 2 yrs, all for unrelated issues, and all issues were resolved masterly. I have had the good fortune of dealing with Wesley on nearly all occasions, and he is an outstanding example of automotive professionalism. While answering my questions and providing info, he took me behind the scenes into the "mechanics lair" to provide visuals on exactly what he was explaining. (All the mechanics back there respectfully nodded as I passed.) He's personable, yet arguably more important, he knows his stuff in & out. Too many auto service types become chivalrous sycophants when they see a pretty lady arrive, making me question their level of competency.
SCT clearly trains their staff in high integrity and service. I always feel at home here, especially due to the outstanding hospitality they show customers. (See photos.)
Good news: Gas cap just needed replacing, which caused the engine light to turn on. Like $12. Best diagnostic results ever.
Decided to get much needed alignment since already there. In and out in a hour. These guys take their work seriously, and for that, will continue coming back.
