  • I never write reviews but the service I received from Jeff and the other employees was so exceptional that I felt complelled to write this! I had a coach watch that had been broken for a year I had taken it to multiple other jewelry stores and they had told me that they were not able to fix it and I would need to contact coach. Then finally another jewelry store told me I needed a jeweler that had a special tool and that Tbird had it, yay! Then when I called and got Jeff on the phone it was literally the best customer service I have had in a long time. He told me to bring it in and if he was unable to fix it he would also help me to find a solution to make sure that I could get my watch fixed. I went up there the next day and they were able to fix my watch in the service that I received when I was there was just as wonderful as the day before on the phone. I recommend that everyone goes to T-bird Jewelers. I live on the east side and drove all the way up to Summerlin and it was well worth the drive and I promise I will be back! Thank you again :-)
