  • I placed an order with FTD and Bloomers in Mesa fulfilled the order , I worked as a florist for many years and even worked as assistant manager in a large shop for 4 years , so I know my flowers and how much they cost . I ordered a $60.00 arrangement . What my daughter received was a wimpy $25.00 arrangement . Called Bloomers in Mesa Arizona and talked to Debbie. Who turned out to be the owner ( found this out when I asked to speak to her manager) I explained how disappointed I was. And also that my daughter sent me pictures, cause I asked her to , and described what was in the arrangement. Debbie only argued that she followed the recipe given . My response was to add up the cost of the flowers she responded with " why would I do that " ? ? I ended up calling FTD and talked to a gentlemen who sent my order to a different flower shop . And it will deliver tomorrow. . My advice is Do NOT order from Bloomers in Mesa . The owner of this shop will rip you off . Wish I could post a picture if this sad arrangement
