  • Horrible!!!! If English is not your native language, you will never get any service there? It is the worst stuff and customer service I ever got!!! I made an appointment with family doctor .The girl at front desk could not understand my name and my address. I asked my husband to help me, he is American. Finally, he made an appointment for me at 3.20. Waited 2 weeks. When I came to the office, they told me that my appointment was at 8.20 A.M.and I missed it. And I have to make another appointment and come next week. I told that it is not my fault, maybe doctor can find the few min for me, I was in pain. They told me they will ask. After 40 min of waiting they told me doctor is not able to see me today. I asked for manager. Manager, her name is Lara, told me that they called me yesterday to confirm the app but my phone was busy. I asked them what number you called. It was not my number !!! The stupid girl at front desk could not even write my phone number correctly.They looked at me like on insect, they just wanted me to leave and I left.. .
