  • Terrible customer service by the store leader (I was simply trying to return a game). He made every excuse for why he couldn't help me, or why he couldn't call the other store to verify my return was valid. It was very disheartening especially given how simple it was and how simply it was resolved by going to another GameStop. Please don't support this location and cause yourself the stress of unhelpful employees. The other employee, a non Store leader (at least she didn't have the title on her badge like the male did - a female - at least tried to help but I politely let her know the other Store agreed to help me. Sad.
