| - It's nice here, at least the bed is,and that's more or less what we are here for.
The hotel has a south and a north tower( I gonna get back to these later) and conference rooms. It's at lake ontario and our room on the 33 floor had a great view of the lake, covered with ice with the trails of icebreaker ships visible.
Our room had 2 free bottles of water, nice touch. No microwave or fridge and we couldn't open the window, it did have a vent to outside though that's awesome!
The service, well the service... We checked in as a group of 25 with 25 rooms and we just picked up the bunch of keys at the front desk, unfortunately the room numbers didn't tell you I'd they were in the north or the south tower so a bunch of people went to the south tower elevator first just to find out that the room number they have does not exist there , so here we go, back down, dragging the luggage across the busy lobby and to the north tower. Would it be hard to put the tower the rooms are located in on the key envelope?
Also the bell people are not real eager to help we had to carry extra equipment and luggage through the big double doors and nobody was found to even hold them open for a bit. Valet is $45 wow!
The hotel is downtown, tons of restaurants starting across the street or in easy walking distance.
The air Canada center is a 3 min walk away also.
