  • My kitchen sink was draining very, very slowly on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. I did not want to pay for an emergency response so cooking was kept at a bare minimum throughout the weekend. On Monday I called, spoke to Jesse, & set up an appointment for Tuesday. Justin called earlier than the 3:00 p.m. appointment to let me know he was available to come earlier. He arrived, snaked the pipe from under the sink a couple of times and alas............success! He was very pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that Jesse told me it would be around $150 if they could get to the clog from under the sink. If there was a problem encountered and they had to go on the roof to access the drain from the vent pipe it would cost more. I was charged $195 even though the clog was cleared from under the sink. I asked why the difference, but the explanation didn't make sense to me.
