| - I just want to start off, I almost never come on yelp, google, or facebook to write negative reviews, especially one stars.
I can't believe the managements lack of concern for poor quality of work.
A few weeks ago, the person I originally hired to clean my place (would charge $90) fell ill. I had to find a last minute cleaning service to clean my apartment before move out. I called this Molly Maid location and asked for a cleaning in my old apartment, Ahwatukee, and my new house in North Scottsdale. I was told they do not service North Scottsdale, even though it states it in their name. I was quoted $100 hour and they would be at my apartment for 1.5-2 hours. They said it is a higher fee for same day move out. Although it was a high quote, I figured the large company would do a good job. I was completely wrong. I came back to the apartment, shortly before turning in my keys. In the living room, I found a bag with some of the cleaning supplies I had in the bathroom in a trash bag. Then I noticed liquid on the floor. I then go into my bathroom to see what they did with the rest of my cleaning supplies since they obviously moved them. I could not find where they put them. I later found them on top of my washer in the laundry room. No idea what the thought of that was. I then notice it appears they did not clean the bathroom tub since there was still stuff in it.
They contacted me the following morning to see my thoughts on the cleaning. I told them about the issues and they said they could send someone out to reclean. I reminded them I had to turn in my keys the same day as the cleaning. The lady told me she would call me back to see what they could do for me. At that time, I told her I had not received an invoice for the services. She said she would discuss it with the employees and contact me back and send an invoice. She contacted me back and asked if I could send photos of the place after the cleaning. She gave me an email that does not receive emails so I had to call them to request another on. Once I sent the email, they emailed me back stating they would contact me on Monday since it was already Friday. The following Friday, I have yet to hear from them so I contacted them again. They seemed like they were dodging me, however they did send the invoice of $254.00 ($54 over what they quoted me). I finally heard from them 10 days after they said they would contact me. She basically told me they were not willing to do anything since they only offer re-cleans. She stated they told me when I made the request for them to clean my place that they do not offer refunds or discounts for poor service. She said they have recordings of me talking to them that went over this. I asked if she could email the records to me. She said she could, but of course I never received it.
