| - I'm looking at the other reviews and see that I am not alone. I work at the hospital across the street and that is the only reason that I go into this horrible uninviting hell hole. The last time I went, I was number 21 in line, there were people behind me and the line went to the door. There were 4 tellers, and three empty teller lines. There was four people that worked there that were just standing around. I asked them if they could open then empty lanes, just to get the line down. I was told that they were not tellers, they were account agents or something like that. Some people walked out and the "agents" still didn't bother to help out. I said, where I work we don't say that we won't help out, because it isn't my job. Most companies that at least give a quarter of a damn about there customers would never treat their customers like that. They just don't care. I went there tonight after work, same thing. Line out the door, four tellers, three women behind the tellers having a conversation, three people walking around not helping. I go to Wells Fargo to drop off my rent check, dealing with the lack if customer care/customer service I would never dream of having an account with a Wells Fargo. If they allow these idiots to represent their company, they give less that a damn about their customers and their reputation.
