I've been in three times to get my phone fixed I just got the new S8 it has been 11 days today this is my second screen saver that has popped off and broken the OtterBox will not hold the phone in the clip like it's supposed to. The S8 phone does not respond like they say it does. It is full of Samsung junk the phone is horrible I've tried to return it twice and they have tried to talk me out of it. Find a Verizon store that knows what they're talking about about the quality of their product and how it works. This place was a joke when it came to putting on the screensaver everybody looked at each other and giggled and smiled and asked if they knew how to put it on I should have known right then.
