  • Well, here's the honest truth. The salon looks nice and is super trendy but don't be fooled. It got amazing reviews so I started to go. The first couple of times I had a pretty good experience. I was getting just your basic blond highlights and a long bob. I was so disappointed when an employee (since I can't use full names) completely jacked up my hair. I was told she was great with blonds and she is as long as it's nothing too complicated. So here's what happened... I showed the employee a picture of a blond ombre color and walked out a red head. I get that ombre' might be a challenge but come on... red? If that's not the worst part my hair cut was completely vertical in the back. Then to top of my experience the employee asked me if I wanted something to drink "I said sure an ice water would be great". She then came back with a cup of water with a lip stick stain on it. Might I add that the lipstick stain was the same shade she was wearing. So who knows that was all about, I'm not saying she spit in my glass but what would you think? I've worked customer service before and I get that it's a tough gig. I've always been super nice and tipped well but these issues that I had are inexcusable. I am so disappointed with my experience and will never be going back. The employee contacted me after seeing my last review and tried to make things better, she even offered to wash my hair and blow dry for free. Honestly though, I can't imagine going back and something else happening... so all I'm saying is I personally will never be going back and go with your gut.
