  • The lady kept telling me the Groupon was already redeemed. About 20 minutes of my time there was her trying to redeem it on my phone- BEFORE AND AFTER the appointment. The massage chair seriously messed up my back, like it's been 2 days and I'm in so much pain. The pedicure massage was all of 2 minutes so not very relaxing at all. She put the grl base down for my toes and fingers wrong, it wasn't smooth at all and she didn't care or notice. So my nails don't look that good and I'll probably need them done soon. I had to ask her to remove all the prior SNS and she kept saying she couldn't but I mean she did after I asked and made her use her filer. They tried to charge me extra for the shape of my nails- yep- if you got anything other than square or round square, it costs extra. Along with taking off the prior set you had. No callus removal or scrub with the Groupon, had to pay extra for those too. In all I spent $56 before tip for a poor to fair gel job on my toes and hands, a pained back, and a callus removal and scrub. This place is only worth it if you are pressed for time and money- it's not the place you go to for a really good job that last a while.
