  • I came by here on my way home from work because it's near my condo and I was craving for something sweet. I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea with tapioca to takeout. Sounds good right? Nope. It was watered down. Could barely taste this so called Hokkaido flavour. It was too late to return and complain because I have already zoomed off in my car. So here is my complaint.
