  • If you went into Global Cheese and said "I'll buy everything in the store" they would say "AND WHAT ELSE". This is my only reservation - I love cheese and sometimes when I get home I worry that I bought more than I can eat before it spoils. However, that is another thing about Global. The cheese is so fresh that I have never had any spoil and enjoyed every bit that I bought. Don't miss the garlic stuffed spicy olives. They are so good that I have to open them and have a couple on the streetcar on the way home. One caution. The prices are very reasonable, but some cheese that tastes great when they give you a sample also is pricy. I ask them to warn me if anything is over $30 per kg.
