  • Walked in today with a friend to enquire about availability of apartments . The experience with the management was incredulous for its lack of professionalism, and disrespectful, as it happened: Mgmt:"how can I help you?" Me:"we are looking to lease a 2B apartment" Mgmt:"Let me print out a floor plan for you" No offer to take a seat at her table, and after having us wait for close to 10 mins (in silence) for a print out of the floor plan, she scribbled a few details on the paper, and said thank you. That was it. We had to leave. The message from the management was clear - "I don't care". We don't either. You can predict how eager the management will be to address your needs.
