This service facility was the most conveniently located for me but some of the online comments were iffy. I lucked out. Management has, I found, been shifting focus to customer satisfaction and just installed a new Service Manager, summer 2013. George was very helpful and promised to look after my issue, a diagnostic problem, personally which he did. While at the dealership I talked to several of the staff, even the mechanic who actually worked on my car, and overall was very impressed. I have no problem recommending these guys.
