  • Terrible service!!! Flowers were ordered for same-day delivery on a Friday at 11am, but were not delivered until 4:50pm the following Monday. Also, the bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered. Upon informing the company of my dissatisfaction, they simply responded with a delivery confirmation email. A delivery confirmation form email as a response to a complaint??? I definitely would NOT recommend this company.
