  • You must be a Board Room member to get in the lounge in LAS. Alaska First Class ticket doesn't cut it. Second disappointment with Alaska today. How many more will there be? If you book a vacation package through Alaska, don't bother calling their regular customer "service" number. They will treat you like an inconvenience and not even direct you to someone who can help you. Looks like we are flying with another airline to HI. One trip of this was enough.
