  • This place is a joke of a hospital. Went to the ER at about 11pm. The two ladies at the front check-in table were very friendly and knowledgeable (if the whole ER was staffed with people like them, this place would run better). Wait was about 20 minutes, so no complaints there. Once in the back, the service was poor, the nurse who drew blood ended up spilling blood all over the floor, and the condescending PA never even gave an actual diagnosis. Was told that I would get my blood work results that night, then someone left for lunch and they never came. I am still waiting for those results and now have to make an extra visit in person to get results that I was promised the day of my visit. And my arm has a big cut in it right where the nurse messed up on my IV. It looks like it's going to scar over. The PA consistently asks "what brought you in?" rather than actually looking at you or your symptoms. He also consistently repeats "you need to see a primary care physician." Well, no duh, I understand that but if I am here now waiting for a diagnosis and paying you tons of money to be in the ER, I expect you to look at me now....not just talk and refer me elsewhere. This place makes the medical system in Vegas look below sub-par. Don't go here....even if you're on the verge of death because they will most likely refer you somewhere else.
