  • I went here to get my nails done before a vacation and the lady getting her nails done beside me kept getting cut with a file until she was bleeding on multiple fingers. She told them to stop and they laughed at her saying she didn't know what she's talking about. She ended up running out and all the employees laughed at her. Then another women came into the salon and sat down with the same nail technician and within a couple minutes was also cut and bleeding! I got acrylic nails, I explained what I wanted which was very simple and I did not get the results, within 3 days my nail had broken off, all I had been doing is touring. When I came back they asked me if I cut it off. They seem to be constantly laughing at clients, it is a very toxic environment!
