  • From the moment I checked in Colette greeted me and was very accommodating. Although I was in Vegas for business and my mom and her dog was along for the trip we stayed for 2 nights. Our first night there our room was located at the back corner of the property and the next morning the smell of heavy smoking was in the air. Okay people, I get it - that some of you have medical marijuana and is legal to smoke BUT it's a non-smoking property!!! Just smoke it outdoors away from guests so it doesn't remain indoors and absorb in the carpet. So I went to the front desk and Colette happened to be working that morning. I asked her if she can relocate us and luckily there was a room available in the next couple of hours. Since I had to leave for a convention Colette was able to arrange 2 people to help my mom move our belongings to the other room. I really appreciate her arranging everything while I was out because my mom is unable to lift anything heavy due to her hip replacement. That's what customer service is about. I'll be sure to stay here again while I'm in town for business and I hope to see Colette again!
