  • I called on Saturday to get an appt and the guy who answered the phone said sorry they are booked but I could bring my vehicle in Tuesday. I told him I work until 5 and he said what kind of car do you drive? I have him the info and he said just get here by 530 and he would do it for me. Well now here comes Tuesday and the guy who is working right now said nope no cars after 5pm! Poor customer service! I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to the Cheyenne location and don't trust anything they tell u over the phone! If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service!!!
