  • This was a very disappointing place to do business with. First off we tried to buy a car and they kept coming up empty even for those listed as on their lot. Bait and switch it appears as the cars are still listed several weeks later. Second bad new car experience, the rep wouldn't call around to see if our preference was available locally (it was so we ended up buying it from somebody else who was better oriented to the customers satisfaction). And when he did find a car, he said we would have to pay for it being delivered again although the quote included a delivery charge already! Third, they ran a hard credit check although he told us he wouldn't run until we had a contract signed for a car! But if you think the sales department is bad wait until you go for service. They are crooks and flim flam performers.
