  • Went in here with my husband to buy the Infiniti SUV (qx56) and I was seeing it online.Aristotle helped us. I showed up and there was a SOLD sign on it. Long story short it wasn't sold. Someone put it on hold for 4 days because they made an appointment to go see it. Meanwhile my husband and I had our BMW to trade in plus cash down ready to drive off with it today. Usually someone who holds a car puts money down at least. I guess carmax works differently. So we left and bought an escalade elsewhere. Which I'm very happy with! I guess everything happens for a reason. The salesman arisistotle just contacted us saying the cars available and the other buyer changed their mind. Sucks for you guys now no one makes money and your cars just sitting there once again.
