When my former OBGYN stopped taking my insurance, I asked everyone for recommendations. 2 of my friends had recently had babies and they both recommended Dr. Reynolds which is the same doctor that my old office referred me to. My first appointment with her was when I found out I was also pregnant. After the first visit, I knew why my friends loved her so much. Ever visit with her put me at ease and every question and concerned was address with the perfect mix of professionalism and compassion. Dr Reynolds and I were pregnant at the same time and I was worried she wouldn't be there to deliver my baby and she promised she would be there for me. I went past my due date and she wanted to induce me, which I wasn't a fan of, and she ultimately left the decision up to me. We ended up inducing at 41 weeks, my delivery was a dream and she was there. My follow up care was also stellar. Wait times in the office can vary but in average, I would say around 20 minutes each time. Once it was an hour but she was doing a c section, so I'm fine with that.
I read a lot of negative Yelp reviews about the office and doctor Reynolds, but from my experience she's amazing and I am so grateful to have her.
