  • The customer service is the absolute worst...rude, curt, nasty and even some childish, spiteful reps. Unfortunately, my mortgage was sold soon after the closing so RP was not my choice. My plan is to refinance with my reputable bank JUST to get away from RP....they suck. I absolutely despise calling for any reason and I do so very reluctantly. I have no issues other than the customer service is much less than subpar and hold times are longer than necessary. If you do have a choice, don't choose RP.
