  • So there no doubt about how good their food is... This time I would like to write about how exceptional and we'll prepared the staff are here at graze!! I accidentally ordered a dish that had some spicy sauce in it.. It was delicious but I am allergic to capsaicin (an active component of chili peppers) no one usually knows what it is... When I told our server that I'm allergic to spicy food, he immediately said your allergic to capsaicin took my dish and asked me if I wanted to order a different dish... I was beginning to itch and breakout when the supervisor came along and asked me if I was ok and if I need anything. He offered benadryl and stated if they don't have any they will have someone buy it... Or call 911 if my allergy is severe!! I took the benadryl and was able to enjoy the rest of my time there. I was totally amazed on how ready and prepared everyone was!! If I did have a severe allergic reaction these guys know what to do!! To the owner of graze you have a fantastic staff!!!
