  • I'm not sure what has changed lately, but the past couple times my husband & I have been to this location, the tellers have been very rude. The first time I noticed this, it was with an older woman who I thought was a manager or head teller. She barely said hello to me but then she did not speak to me once she found out I did not have a deposit slip. I asked her how she was...nothing. Even the other tellers looked at her puzzled. She then snapped at me about the deposit slip and seemed bothered I had a second traction. When I went to leave, I said thank you and goodbye...she said nothing. The second time was a young man who was also very rude to both my husband & I. I used to go in there without a deposit slip because of having a business account, it was always complicated to fill out. The tellers before were always VERY kind and never had a problem with me. Not anymore. I have recently decided to go out of my way to a different branch even though this one is by our office, until we take other action. We are very disappointed and both my husband and I have decided to move our business accounts to a different bank.
