  • I signed up with Sears Vacations earlier this year. When I had a problem with the service, I was ultimately worried based on some of the reviews here that I would not be able to get it resolved. Although I did have to repeat my situation several times, the reps here contacted me every single day (calling me at home) until it was resolved. They went completely out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. It was such stellar service, it needed to be recognized here on Yelp. Thank you, Chelsea & Nikki, for your help.
