  • We had a clog and a broken valve begin to leak in the evening. I called 4 different "24/7" plumbing companies to see who would be able to come out. Mr. Rooter was the only company to actually call me back / answer the phone. We scheduled an appointment and Rick came on scheduled time. He was efficient, clean, and did what he was asked to do. He was very helpful in providing us a number of tips on how to avoid future problems. The pricing, while not exactly the cheapest, was laid out clearly based on the service being provided (as opposed to per hour timing), and agreed to by me before service was performed (NO SURPRISES!). Overall, I was happy with the level of service we were given and would use them again in the future.
