  • I've live here almost a year now. Sure I have some complaints but overall I'm very happy and even passing up a good deal on a house rental to stay here. They respond quick to problems and actually solve them. I've actually had a frustrating amount of issues in my apartment but that's what to expect for the low cost of the place. One frustration is they don't clean the pool as much as I'd want. But they do have two of them which is very nice if one is bad. Don't get a garage here unless you really need it. There are always parking spots open for your vehicles. Staff is very friendly and the look of the place is very clean. Other tenants that I have talked to are very nice and I've had zero problems with any neighbors. Overall I definitely recommend it for a bargain apartment that feels like it is almost upscale. Also have felt very safe so far. Place is very quiet at night.
