  • I just purchased a Groupon for 60 units of BOTOX. I called and spoke to Briana who informed me that I was not allowed to use my Groupon and told me to go get a refund that would take 10 days! I purchased a Groupon in August 2017 and I purchased another one with my aesthetician Skylar while I was having the procedure. This was my second visit using 3 Groupons! No one EVER told me I that it for 1 TIME ONLY that you could use a Groupon!!! To protect themselves they lied and wrote in my records and said Dee Ann told me I couldn't use a Groupon again! I never spoke to Dee Ann or anyone except only to check in. I called there Phoenix location and was also told I can not use it because it was listed in my records that I was warned that I couldn't use it again!! If that was the case then how was I able to use 3 Groupons.. One-purchased during my procedure! THIS iS FALSE ADVERTISING! I have been getting these procedures numerous times with Dermacare/ Phoenix Skin/ Beverly Hills Rejuvenation/ North Valley Laser Center/ to name a few on Groupon for the past 15 years and have never had an issue! It is unbelievable this company practices bait and switch . It is NOT state in the Groupon that it can only be used ONCE in a lifetime! Evidently because I was able to use 3 Groupons on 2 separate occasions!
