  • These price-gouging, overcharging scumbags charged my landlord $315 TO SNAKE MY CLOGGED TOLIET & replace the FLAPPER (which is, what, MAYBE a $2.00 part??). All of this took LESS than 45 mins...clean-up included. For those not in the know, this was MAYBE a $75-$100 job... that they charged 3x that for. CHOOSE WISELY.
