  • Came here on a Sunday, which was super convenient. They open at 8:00 AM, and it was 7:50 AM. Door was unlocked, so I went in. Was told to go wait outside until 8:00 AM. Why not just lock the door? That being said, the office is super nice. Very neat, clean, nicely decorated and wide-open floor plan. I didn't wait but 15 minutes to see someone. Front desk staff, medical assistants, and doctor were all very nice. I came in with a sinus infection of sorts and was given a Z-Pack. Was told to continue using at home OTC treatments that I already had said weren't working. I realize doctors can't control how you react to medication, but I ended up having to go to another urgent care the next day because the Z-Pack did nothing and I just got worse. Was told by the other urgent care facility that they would not have prescribed the Z-Pack because my infection was already well past that. Also, a bit pricey if you don't have insurance. I walked away paying $170. I think the office visit was $140, and I had a throat swab done. I would come back just because their hours and location are very convenient to me. Also, unsure if I am getting a bill from the doctor or not. I know that sometimes they bill separately.
