  • It pained me to give this review, we hope we don't have to go through another experience like this. All our verbal agreement was never honored " Lesson learned". We lost a $1000 down payment because we have to return the Van after financing fell through. Why did they allow us to take van in the first place? Why not just say NO in the first place and we could move on.! Now well never see that $$ because here comes the restocking charges and etc. I have no problem losing that $$$,they can keep it. We could easily earned that back, but the lack of clear communication, pretending to listen, to understand and lack of empathy is amazing and on full display. Don't let the shiny office and nice smile fools you, they really don't care about you. Be careful when you do business with them and hide behind biblical verses and belief, Its a WOLF on sheep clothing. We hope they change for the better!
