  • When we drove on to the lot, not even 3 seconds, one of their employees hit us in our car while moving a vehicle. I should have taken that as a huge sign and big wake up immediately but I was set on owning a Subaru as our next vehicle. You'd think they would've worked extra hard to get us the vehicle we picked out after everything that happened.. I work in an industry where if there's a major issue on our part we don't just go around slapping band aids on everything hoping that it fixes the problem.. We go above and beyond expectations, striving to be the best. Unfortunately, Subaru does not feel the same way.. They did however fix the damage done to our vehicle and put us in a loaner vehicle until ours was ready. So good on them for that.. But that was expected since it was a fault on their part and no one wanted to deal with any drama.. The sad and disappointing part was out sales person and his failure to communicate, telling us since it was Saturday most of the banks were closed and they couldn't give us an answer right away and we needed to wait until Monday. We called Monday and our sales person still had no answers.. My husband and I have purchased plenty of cars in our lifetime on our own, upside down, right side up, no money down, money down, good credit, bad credit, etc.. We know how the game is played. It was pretty clear they just did not want our business and didn't want to go above and beyond expectations. For poops and giggles we called back after a few days and still not one person had any answers for us. My husband finally got a hold of someone, who was not our sales person, he basically disappeared on us. They came back wanting a nice chunk down, high interest rate and an almost $800 a month car payment for a USED Subaru.. Are you kidding me!?! I guess that's why things happen for a reason, we went to BMW, got a super low interest rate, definitely not an $800 car payment and a super rad all wheel drive vehicle. Thank you Ken for being the only awesome and professional person at Subaru. Next time I'll take the drive to another state and purchase my Subaru there. And btw.. We purchased our new vehicle.. On a Saturday.
