My husband had been very sick we decided to go to nextcare we called ahead of time to make sure they were still open n accepted our insurance. They said yes and to come. It was 11pm we knew they closed at 12am. We got there they got his info. They knew he had been running a fever for two days. They told him there was a possibility he wouldn't been seen. So he wasnt going to wait for nothing. So he went back the next day n they told him he had pneumonia and a severe sinus infection, they sent him home with sum meds. He was still really bad two days later so he went to our pcp n they immediately told him he needed to be admitted to the hospital n that urgent care should of told him to go then. So he should of been seeing the first time he tried going to next care. N if the knew how severe his pneumonia was they should of sent him to the er. So someone wasn't doing there job, we trusted they knew what they were doing but found out otherwise.
