  • I found this groomer through Yelp and the amazing reviews and I will never take my dog anywhere else again. I have an Australian Shepherd who has major separation anxiety and a normal day taking him to the groomer used to consist of walking in and him doing everything in his power to get back out. I would feel guilty leaving him and even tried a Mobil groomer to see if it would help having someone come to the house. It didn't. From the second we walked into "Mad About Dogs", my pup was completely calm. He got a little nervous at first being in a new place but with a little coaxing... he went right in and didn't look back. Within a few hours he was ready to go and I had the fun opportunity to get there a little early and watch him get finished from the car. It was amazing to see how calm he was and how much he was enjoying every second of being brushed and pampered. I could see first hand how much they cared for him. In the past when I've picked up my dog from the groomer, it wasn't uncommon for him to shed like crazy for a few days once we were home. Not this time! I could tell they really took so much extra time brushing him and making sure all the old fur was off. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better first impression and I will definitely tell everyone I know about this amazing place!!
