I ate here a lot until a recent experience. There seems to be a shift in the quality and service from the past. There were new slow inexperienced servers now unlike before. I usually get AYCE and never had any issues. Now they are like sushi nazi's. Watching the clock to make sure you don't order anything even a minute past your allowed time, trying to charge me for one piece of uneaten sushi from a roll I didn't really care for, I felt the eyes looking at us making sure my girlfriend who didn't get AYCE didn't have any of my order, etc. they also seemed to disappear after my first round of ordering trying to allow the clock to run down, and limit the amount of sushi I could order in the time frame. All in all it seems like they are out to save as much money, and pinch all the pennies as possible (scary with a sushi restaurant). I also had a frequent AYCE card that was filled up and ready to use for a free meal. I had no idea, but it had expired the day before. They refused to accept it!
I won't be going there anymore, and they lost a loyal customer. They saved a penny, but only to loose a dollar.
