  • Spencers must have a "no-phone-calls" policy. Three stores never answered my call, one store's phone line was answered by a fax machine, and this last was answered by a person who took my info and promised to find someone to call me back. Apparently, no one wanted to make the call so after 30 minutes I decided to return the favor and Yelp them with a one star.
