  • DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING YOU VALUE HERE!!! My wife took a brand new out of the box watch, (which I gave her as a gift) here to have it sized. They had the watch for 20 minutes and now there is a large SCRATCH across the face. I spoke with the Manager and Owner and both were adamant it didn't happen there. The watch is new from the box to them. There is no reason for me to bring a $400 watch in for a $20 sizing and complain if you didn't damage something. There are jewelry repair shops on every corner. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!
