  • If I could give them less than -100 I would and the sad part is my review will look EXACTLY like the previous one. Now they changed their name to Opus Reality Group, they just put lipstick on a bad tasting name to confuse people. Chris the "president" he is so cheap and wants to bandaid EVERYTHING. I went through 5 washers with in a 6 month period because they just kept giving us used and broken washers with temp fixes. I did my walk through and usually you do that so they will fix it right? Not him he does the walk through just to keep track of what's wrong so when you move out they know. Let's talk about the "property managers" I think we had 6 the 12 months we were there and I'm not sure I can recall all their names mainly because I never meet half of them and the others didn't do anything helpful for me other than (Wendy). Here's the best part I paid all of March till the 31st and I go today April 1st to get my mail and a box I had delivered because I know legally I'm not allowed to have my stuff there anymore. I get there and someone already MOVED IN. How the heck did they clean, list and show MY house in 1 day? Anyways so I pull up and ask for a box UPS said they delivered to a women that was there and the lady tells me she had all my mail from USPS that was delivered the past few days given back to the mail people and told them to fwd it and she never got a box. First off you been living in my house I paid rent for till the 31st and then you get rid of MY mail I paid till the end of March to get at that address??? As she's talking to me her breath smells like ass so I just had to walk away FAST. Believe me when I tell you they wanted to make sure they got there money ASAP from that house and I hope they enjoy it when the cops show up for my box she basically stole since the UPS guy took notes and description of the women dumb people I swear..! Lol
