  • I am so upset with myself for not reading the reviews on here before hiring these guys. FAIL! I too called them after buying a new house and their stickers were plastered all over the garage. I just needed a new remote opener (yes I now know I could have done this myself, oh well lesson learned). I called and asked them to come out, I was quoted a time between 3-5pm. By 5pm no one showed, I called the dispatch and was told they were running late and it would be closer to 6pm, I said that was fine. 6:30 came and I called again and was told the tech had been bit by a scorpion ... why couldn't they have told me that an hour ago and rescheduled??? The dispatcher did apologize and asked if they could come out the next day, I reluctantly agreed. The next day comes, the tech does show up during the scheduled time and I tell him I just need a remote programmed. He immediately starts telling me other stuff I need to do ... how my motor is going to go bad...blah blah. I just asked for the remote for now. He takes 10 mins or so to program the remote and sprays some lubricant on the hinges of the door. He wrote out the receipt and it was almost twice as much as I expected. He only wrote a total on the receipt, not a breakdown of the charges so I asked what everything was. I was charged almost $60 for the remote (which I was expecting) and then for 30 mins of labor AND a $25 service call fee. These guys are shady, I feel completely ripped off and even though it's my fault for not researching it more I hope this helps others to stay away from them.
