All the menu choices seemed so incredible, I had a hard time deciding what to have for brunch. I was torn between the blue crab benedict and the pancakes. I decided to go for the tried and true, chicken and waffles, because I like to have both a sweet and salty element to my meals. The chicken was cooked so perfectly. Even though it was just chicken breast, it was still so moist and juicy. The crust was crunchy and not oily at all. The waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, exactly what waffles should be. I thought the dish was very well done. The only thing is that they bring it to you with the maple syrup already poured over it, which I would have preferred to do myself but it was no big deal. My boyfriend's steak and eggs were also very good. Steak is dry aged, and cooked exactly how he liked it.
