rev:text	Horrible online appointment system - called me an hour ahead of my appointment to let me know the massage therapist was unable to work long enough today for medical reasons so they cancelled my massage and would call back to reschedule. THEY THEN CHARGED ME A CANCELLATION FEE. Prior experience would echo what others say, awkward pressure to buy a membership, okay but overpriced massages. There must be a reason they are the cheapest massage on Groupon.
