  • Good business concept, poor execution. I have a storage unit sitting in my driveway ready for pick up. I also need a second unit delivered for the excess. The first day available for pick up of the full unit is 9 days away! And another unit is not available for 10 days, and even then it is a shorter unit than I need. Now I have my HOA on my case for having a unit sitting in my driveway for too long. Cool Box needs to get their act together. And I have to go to their competition to get another unit. Update. 9 days has gone by and they were supposed to pick up the unit today, but were a no-show. They say tomorrow, maybe, we'll see. Their Tucson dispatch center seems to be the weak point. Meanwhile, U-pack was able to drop off a trailer with 1 days notice, and then managed to pick it up on schedule 3 days later. And U-pack were cheaper, despite Cool Box's claims. Next move it's obvious who I will use.
