  • Constantly breaking things when we get an oil change and then our vehicle leaks oil until they fix it. They never bother to call you when your car is done. Seriously, we have kept giving them chances and it's not even worth it. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Yesterday they didn't bother to call us when our vehicle was done. We went over there and they had just closed and the business was locked up, no one in sight. Our vehicle was sitting there, clearly having been serviced and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL US. Seriously we dropped it off at 3:30. LAZY much?? So we took it home since we needed both cars. Obviously we had to come back to get the other set of keys and pay our bill. The manager calls this morning all POd and starts yelling that we better come down and pay or he will call the authorities. Nice try, idiot... my husband is a cop and knows how it works and you're definitely full of sh*t. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Stay AWAY.
