  • Dudley is great! Service not so much. Person that answered phone in service department wasn't helpful. I had a problem with my 2013 Sonata on Saturday, it felt like the engine fell out or i hit something, which i didnt. The car jerked real hard, dash lights came on, car cut off briefly then back on. Pulled over, checked the car, everything seemed fine so i preceeded to drive very slowly home. I asked her if there were any recalls and she told me about 2, but didn't mention the one for the engine. I checked with NHTSA and they listed one for a bearing in the engine. Time to find a reliable mechanic. It's a shame, the sales dept. Is awesome.
