rev:text	I joined this past September, and I LOVE it! I had gained about 25lbs within a year (thanks Grad School) and when I had to by my first size 10 pants, I knew I needed to do something, I saw the Groupon and thought why not try it. Now I am down 16lbs and went from squeezing into a size 8 to a size 2! I had an LVAC membership and hadn't really gone much in the past year. I wasn't motivated anymore and hated how crowded it got. KOKO is perfect for that, not too big (and I've rarely had to wait for a machine) and I look forward to seeing what new workout I'm going to do every day so it keeps me motivated. And because it's only 30-45 minutes, it's easy for me to 'find time' to squeeze it in. I love that I don't have to think about the workouts, they are planned for me and always a little bit different from the last. I LOVE the cardio too. There is a HUGE hill behind my house (The Horizon Ridge KOKOnuts know the one I'm talking about) and I used to have to stop several times to breathe, walk backwards and stop for water before I could get up it, now we walk it several times a month and I don't have to stop ONCE; I've even made it half way up running! the cardio inclines are great! You will also love the staff, they are all so friendly and knowledgeable (LOVE Dina and Tara) and I love that they all know my name, unlike the huge gyms. It's a little pricier compared to the big chain gym, but well worth it. Thank you KOKO for giving me my body and CONFIDENCE back!
